Hot Stack Studios was born from years of freelance experience and a drive to build something bigger. Dustin founded the company from scratch, and what started as a solo venture has grown into a husband and wife operation with Kait by his side. Together, they bring a stacked freelance network to every production while staying deeply rooted in the company they've built from the ground up.

Dustin lives in the production space, leading creative direction and bringing each project to life on set. Kait works behind the scenes making sure every client feels heard, taken care of, and confident in what they're getting. Benny, their Labradoodle, is their dedicated studio manager. Together, alongside their freelance team, they cover every corner of the experience.

Their deep roots in the industry, whether working with businesses, agencies, or individual creatives, give them a grounded perspective on what clients truly need and the instincts to deliver it every time.
